The First Fleet utilise the ingame Guild Bank feature, from which you can make withdrawals and deposits. Access is controlled by various Ranks, and is tiered in such a way as to try and reward people who contribute, particularly via Raid Progression. 

• Deposits; Tab 1

This is where the loot collected from Raids goes, along with any and all "ad-hoc" contributions you would like to make to the bank (these are always welcome!). Deposited items are regularly assessed, and moved to a suitable withdrawal Section (see below). If you donation is a substantial number of mats, it will be split, i.e. a stack of 20 Prismatic Shards would be split into 10 stacks of 2 x Prismatic Shards. If your donation is deemed unsuitable or unlikely to be used, it will be sold or disenchanted. Examples of highly desireable Deposits include quality gear, uncommon recipes, uncommon profession materials, flasks, potions, and cooked foodstuffs. 
 

REQUESTING AN ITEM / WITHDRAWALS
This can be done simply by going to the Guild Bank, and accessing the appropriate Bank Tab that you have access to. A character's rank determines their Withdrawal limits and tab access as follows:

• Officer Rank (or higher); Tab 2

This tab is for Officers and Bank manager only, and tends to hold items being held for guild events and overflow of items deposited.

• Sailor Rank (or higher); Tab's 3, 4 and 5

These tabs are for anyone of Sailor rank or higher.
Tab's 3 and 4 tend to hold recent gear acquistions, assorted mats and cooked foodstuffs.
Tab 5 tends to hold enchanting mats, pots, rep items, books and patterns. Raiders and below may withdraw 1 item-per-day per tab. For example, this means that you can withdraw a stack of food from one tab, and some pots from another on the same day just before a Raid. Pro Raiders may withdraw 2 items-per-day per tab.

There can tend to be a fair degree of overflow between Tab's 3, 4 and 5 dependent on the volume of deposits at any one time.

Gear placed in Tab's 3 and 4 is generally only kept for a week before it is sold or disenchanted to make room for more Deposits. In other words, if there is something there that you would like and can USE, please make sure you take it while you can. This is also where the vast majority of our enchanting mats found in Tab 5 come from. Please make sure that the items withdrawn are to be used by you or one of your alts. Blue or purple items are not to be removed for disenchanting or resell by you.
 

RANKS
Obviously Guild Ranks play an important part in determining what you can and can't do with the Guild Bank, and so will also be influenced by our utilisation of it's functions.
Most of this has been explained under the Requesting and Item/Withdrawals section of this article, with the following exemptions being notable ones:

• Alts

The nature of the ingame system makes it difficult to have the degree of control that we would like when it comes to Mains vs Alts, and allow people's Alts to use the Bank functions without the risk of abuse. This will not change, so to protect everyone, we only allow Main Characters (non-Alts) to make Withdrawals. Please use your Main to obtain any items that your Alts might require. As per normal, the use of this will be monitored, and changes made if it's determined that this is not working or can be achieved in a better way.

• Ensigns

Given that they are effectively "on trial" with the Guild, Ensigns are not permitted to make Withdrawals at all. No exceptions. 
 

IMPORTANT: 
* It is possible for the Guild Bank to be too full to accept deposits. If you encounter this, please send your deposit to the character "Tffbank", and your deposit will be recycled into the ingame Guild Bank as soon as possible.

* Cash Deposits will NOT be refunded!

* The Guild Bank will NOT loan money to anyone, no matter what. Please don't ask, as a refusal often offends!

* There are some items that are not available at all. If you want an item that is "offlimits" or unavailable (these are all stored either in the Deposit section (Tab 1), or on the Guild Bank characters "Firstfleet" or "Tffbank", send an ingame mail or Private Message on our website to Sharaye or Viscelock stating your reason for wanting the item.

* Your requested items must be for your own personal use. Any misuse of the Guild Bank (such as reselling something for Profit, or giving items to other characters other than your Alts), will likely result in expulsion from the Guild.

* Items classified rare and above are not permitted for withdrawal with the intent to disenchant for mats. These items are deposited by guild members to aid others with possible upgrades for other characters (mains or alts). If the intent is for an alt, they must be listed as a member of the guild.

* The officers reserve the right to discuss the abuse of the guild bank with any player in the guild. The decision of the officers to demote or remove a player for abuse of banking privileges is final. We monitor usage to make sure it is reasonable and fair. The guild bank is intended to help players in need and not for resale for personal gain.
