The First Fleet has a web-based Roster system that can provide invaluable information instead of having to ask in-game. This can be viewed HERE, or by clicking on the newly-revealed "Guild Roster Website" sub-menu option that's now available if you came here from the front page of our website.

It is well-worth you making the effort to add your own character information to this page, as it’s a great resource for seeing who can make what based on player's professions, as well as being an important guide to the Guild Officers as to how well geared we are for when it comes time to decide whether we are ready for the newer and harder challenges that WoW has to offer.

In order to provide your own Character Information and to add to the Roster, you can download the rpgo-Character Profiler add-on HERE.

This allows the following information to be viewable online:

• Character Stats
  
• Bag and Bank Contents
  
• Gear and Resistance Values
  
• Quests (useful for finding other players who have the same outstanding Quests as you)
  
• PvP Honor
  
• Professions and Recipes (useful for finding out who can make or provide certain weapons, armour, enchantments, etc for you)
  
• Keys (who can access Onyxia, etc)
  
• Reputation Rankings
  
• Argent Dawn Writ Calculator

Guide/Instructions on how to make Roster Updates

Step 1:
Ensure that you have the latest Character Profiler addon installed. This is available from our very own Downloads section HERE, either as a standalone addon, or as part of The First Fleet Addons package.


Step 2:
Log into Wow.
Select your Addons menu (the button on the bottom-left of your Character Select screen as illustrated below).



Ensure that the addon is listed and ticked as active, and that the "Load out of date Addons" option is selected as well.

 


Step 3:
Log into each character who's data you wish to upload to the Roster website. On each one, when you select their character screen, you should see a "Save" button as illustrated below.



When you push it, a little summary will be printed to your Chat Log. This will tell you what information has been recorded successfully for your character.

As a general rule, before you push "Save", on each character you should open up all of their bags, their bank, and all the talent and profession windows, (so that the addon can scan and record this information automatically BEFORE you push the Save button).


Step 4:
Exit the game. Believe it or not, this is important, as otherwise an upload will NOT work.


Step 5:
Go to our Roster website (use the left-hand side Main Menu of our website, or go directly HERE. Select "Update Profile".




Step 6:
Click on the "Browse" button as highlighted below.




Step 7:
From here, if you are confident with navigating a file system, you can go directly to the following path and select the "CharacterProfiler.lua" file:



However, if you are more comfortable with double clicking from My Computer on, navigate to the correct location by following the following visual guide belowand double-clicking on each highlighted folders.

NOTE: If you do NOT use the PC version of World of Warcraft, or you did NOT install it to the default path, your installation will be in a slightly different location. However, hopefully this will give you enough of an idea as to be able to find the correct file:




















Step 8:
You should now see the beginning of a path displaying in the Upload section (as illustrated below).



If you do, click on the "Upload" button.


Step 9:
It may take 20-30 seconds to perform the upload (depending on your Internet speed, but if you leave it to run and it's successful, you'll see a screen like this:



That's it, you're done - Congratulations!
