Only Blizzard could frustrate us for weeks on end with the one encounter, tantalise us by nerfing it to the point where it's obtainable (although it would be interesting to know for sure if our change in tactics was a factor as well), and then leave us without any bodies to celebrate our victory around!

Nice work everyone - especially those of us who have dents in our foreheads from the wall we've been banging into. Now onto the Twins!

She's significantly larger than a black cat (and scalier/scarier - take your pick), but it was still with an overwhelming sense of deja vu that the Fleeters slayed the mighty beast for the first time last night. Well, at the very least, the first time in her Level 80 incarnation. After all, who's counting the other 100+ times her death occurred before she started abusing her body with steroids?

And don't think that that's the end of it for this week, Lady "Impersonator". We've got another 25 Fleeters ready to renew old acquaintances this weekend; swords and sorcery at the ready.

While Mimiron took us a while, nothing could have prepared us for the last 2-3 weeks of "hell" that has been working away at Yoggy. As we normally prove though, the Fleet just won't give up, and so it's with great pleasure that I can finally announce that the Old God himself is no more. While only 10 people could actually be present for the final takedown, a huge thankyou to all of you who worked so hard over the last few weeks. Wipe after wipe, we kept throwing ourselves back in there, and it's thanks to that attitude that the Yogg-ster is now just another notch (but a significant one!) on the Fleets' belt.

Now did I hear whispers of Ulduar 10-Man Hard Mode somewhere? You've got to be kidding me! Or maybe we're not (watch this space in a few weeks time) ...
